Always out of burgers for some reason, other than that, their deals are great.

Idk why but this location has been letting me down for a little while now. Forgotten drinks one day, out of medium and large cups another day, and today they ran out of large chilli cups so they gave me 2 smalls instead even though I paid for 2 larges, so I lost out on some money. It's not a lot of money but it's the principal of the matter. I like the food at wendy's but I feel like the employees are dropping the ball at this location

I have never gotten a correct order. This may seem like an exaggeration but i would avoid 5th ave wendys

My daughter and I stopped for the salads! I had the mixed berry/chicken/feta. My daughter had the apple/pecan/chicken. Both were tasty, filling, and well worth the price.

Fast service, everyone trying to get the job done. One employee started spraying tables with cleaner around me and I had to tell her to stop, so no 5 stars. I'm eating here lady!

I love Wendy's but not this one, worst customer service EVER. Every time 8 have tried to go there they are out of almost everything but don't tell you until after you have ordered and paid for it. What a waste of time to go to this 9ne, I only out one star because I couldn't write a review without st least one.

This Wendy's takes forever and they gave us the wrong order so we had to wait all over again. Though they did correct their mistake.

If you want a spicy chicken sandwich and a frosty chocolate shake then you need to stop by Wendy's before you drive home. This Wendy's is a great location for those of you that commute to the valley, but the 5th Ave traffic is horrible. At peak times (4-5 PM) the drive-thru is completely full, so park and go inside. While the spicy chicken sandwich only takes seconds to complete the frosty chocolate shake could be out-of-order or take a minute or two to finish. The dinning area is relaxing with a television to watch the news.

The usual fast food.

Fast Food 101: Never put your timid brand new employee behind the cash register during the lunch rush. It's not fair to all involved.

We got to this restaurant right at lunch time so they were pretty busy. There was a line to the door.Even as busy as they were, our lunch was prepared and ready for us before we even finished filling our drinks. Food was great and employees were extremely helpful and positive

I have always loved Wendy's. Everything is fresh. It's like eating a fresh homemade hamburger.

My food was ice cold I’ve never gotten food that was that cold before. I did order through the drive but I live 2 minutes away there is absolutely no reason it should have been that cold. Not only that I asked for extra sauce and was assured it was in the bag and it wasn’t. I will NOT be coming here again. It’s sad because my family hardly eats fast food and when we do Wendy’s is usually our go to, not anymore.

UPDATE : Three perfect trips through the drive-through! Good food, friendly efficient staff, order accuracy 100%. I don't carry a grudge, water under the bridge, move forward and all that. This Wendy's used to be a terrible experience. The last three trips through the drive-through have been pretty much perfect. I learned they have a new manager, and I think she's doing something right! I'm looking forward to another perfect drive-through order next time.

We came here on December 15th in the evening. Not only was the lady at the speaker short and unpleasant but she failed to say they were out of honey mustard and instead just didn’t give us any sauce so we had to go inside and grab some. THEN they handed us our drinks with soda spilling all over the cups - like we don’t want soaked and sticky cups. THEN after we were already long gone we realized they didn’t even give us our juice box with my sons kids meal! We won’t be going back to this location if the employees suck this bad!

Food and staff were excellent (5 stars) but they were having an issue with flies in the building, mostly near the trash collection area. Probably just needs monitored and emptied a bit more often.

Had their new breakfast, I used to eat their older breakfast from years ago! It tastes the exact same so don't worry about it being different 💖

The slowest Wendys I’ve ever been to.

Went to Wendy's, ordered off the menu on the sign and got the response of sorry we don't do that anymore. Now I'm stuck in the drive through leaving a review.

They took so long to give me my fricken chicken sandwich and got my order wrong twice ( they do be lookin like they were high too ☹️)

Baconator double with cheese.....omg!! So good. Possibly the best burger. 🍔

The staff are unfriendly and they can never get my order right. The restaurant is very dirty. At least they can have someone clean the dining area with five staff just standing around doing nothing. The so call Manager was very rude as well. I will never eat at a Wendy's again and will tell others to do the same.

Customer service was slow but drive thru was busy over all was good

Their salads are amazing! Ordered the strawberry mango with honey citrus vinaigrette. Would have given 5 stars but the drive turning into Wendy's is a little terrible.

Good food, clean facilities but the employees are horrible. The manager was yelling at a girl that was cleaning the tables to come help the customers. The manager started an argument with an employee that she wasn't doing her job, when she was and they were yelling and cussing. The employee got so upset that she clocked out and continued to argue with the manager

How do you run out of fries and baked potatoes??? Must be poor management. Won’t order from them again!!

This is the 3rd time we went to this Wendy’s to get food. It has been a hassle every time to get food it took way too long and the people workers are very unprofessional about the manner they approach people. When we told them we had been waiting for 20 min they said well you are going to have to wait longer. It’s Wendy’s. The Wendy’s on 5th street in anchorage Alaska needs someone that knows how to handle there people and get food out in a timely manner.
